In a rush today to get to a Royals game, so I took a snack to-go!

  1. low carb tortilla
  2. spoonful of peanut butter

  • Hamburger Patty w/mustard
  • apple w/peanut butter

    I’m feeling a little under the weather today, I haven’t eaten much.

  • Fish fillet w/tartar sauce
  • water
  • strawberry yogurt
    -I’ve recently been incorporating yogurt into my diet; it’s good for you and is a good substitute when you want something sweet 

Exercise

  • 100 crunches/core exercise reps
  • ran 1 mile
  • 10 minutes on stationary bike
  • 100 reps on the ab machine

Breakfast

  1. meatloaf (yes, meatloaf!)
  2. scrambled eggs
  3. strawberry yogart

Exercise

-one mile (10 minutes - I know I’m slow!)
-100 reps with 80lbs on ab cruncher
-50 reps of my core exercise
-walked about a mile
-stationary bike for 10 minutes

Exercise

  1. 2 laps around the track (while I waited for a treadmill to open)
  2. half a mile in 5 minutes on the treadmill
  3. 10 minutes on level seven on the stationary bike
  4. 40 reps of a core exercise
    -lay on your back
    -hands at sides
    -lift legs up to make a perpendicular angle with your torso
  5. 100 reps on ab crunch machine with 70lbs

Dinner

  1. hamburger patty with mustard
  2. yogurt
  3. water
  4. coffee
